Glenoe

National trust carpark for Glenoe waterfall, which has 2 entry points, one is more accessible with just a small slope to get you to the bottom of the falls, and the other which takes you on a scenic footpath and winding steps down to the base of the falls, a small bridge gives you good views of a very high 30ft dropped fall. Beautiful in summer with lots of lush greens and mossy rocks with rich clear brown coppery water. Footpaths right around the edge, and an old quaint church just above.

Wellies and stout walking boots are good as it can get a bit wet and slippery underfoot dependent on conditions.

Gleno Village is a quaint little village with some winding roads, a row of cottages with emerald green paintwork an old bicycle with a basket used for flowers is very quintessentially Irish. Parking can be found in adjacent roads. These cottages are on a very steep hill and care should be taken when shooting here.
