Port Isaac was and is a fishing village on the North Cornish coast. it has become very popular due to the tv series "Doc Martin" being filmed there.

There is a circular walk that takes in the views across fields, the river,sheep ,two Churches,alms houses , two stone clapper bridges, road bridge and delightful cottages, plus all sorts of flora. many types of photography could be taken here.   this village was once two

As well as the common formal gardens dewstone gardens also features a network of artificial caves/grottos built in the 1800's

Parking onsite, cafe.  Probably best to visit mid week if you don't want to many people in shot.

Plenty of nature to see in the day time. Prime lenses are great, as are Macro. There are some lovely views of the coast. 

I went back one evening to do some orbs and wire wool spinning under the arches (only a five minute walk from Dyserth Car park).
