This is a long exposure (7 seconds) picture of the old bridge over the River Torridge in Bideford, Devon. The bridge is lit up like this every evening and makes for a good picture after dark. During the day, it's not so good!

The Llanstephan suspension bridge was built in 1922 by David Rowell. Not many of these around, indeed it's surprising that it is still open to road traffic, despite the fact that there is no room for a family car to pass a pedestrian on the bridge.
The famous horseshoe shaped, Pulteney weir is just downstream from the iconic, shop-lined Pulteney Bridge which crosses the River Avon in the Centre of Bath. This is a very well known location, but has tremendous scope for photography.

Castlefield was designated Britain's first Urban Heritage site in the 1990's. Once a derelict and abandoned no-go area, it has been developed into an upmarket waterside district. It is now one of Manchester's fantastic photography locations.
This location is on the shores of Wastwater. Netherbeck is one of the many streams flowing from the fells into the lake. The location is particularly special due to the photogenic bridge. I used the bridge to frame my composition.
One of the most iconic and most visited tourist attractions in Edinburgh. With a little scouting around there are hundreds of viewpoints, most of which are easy to get to with (usually) plenty of nearby parking.
